Kasey L. Wright represents a variety of clients throughout the State of Utah. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Brigham Young University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2001.

 

Mr. Wright has a passion for the courtroom and enjoys representing clients in that setting. However, he has also learned that clients’ interests are often better served by resolving the matter outside the courtroom. His philosophy being, that a client’s needs are best met by aggressively preparing for trial while always searching for avenues to positively resolve his client’s case short of trial.

 

Mr. Wright has been recognized by citizens of Utah County as being one of the county’s top attorneys, but as a native of Nephi, he has always looked for ways to serve the people in the rural communities of Juab, Sanpete, Millard, and southern Utah County. He now practices full-time in Nephi and is grateful for the opportunity he has to work with the people of central Utah.

 

Mr. Wright is an experienced litigator having tried hundreds of cases and represented clients in litigation matters for nearly two decades. He has tried and argued cases in courts throughout the state from justice courts to the Utah Supreme Court.

 

Mr. Wright’s practice focuses primarily on the following areas of law: civil litigation, municipal, school, corporate, estate planning (trusts, wills, etc.), divorce, real property, and probate.
